Getting your Marriage License in Hawaii

If your's is a wedding ceremony, one of the requirements to be legally married in Hawaii is for the couple to obtain a valid Hawaii Marriage License and to present it to the officiant before the ceremony. The best way to do this is to go online. You can apply and pay for it there. For the application form, go to: https://emrs.ehawaii.gov/emrs/public/home.html. Click "Home" and fill out the application. When you get to Honolulu go to the marriage license office in the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. For an appointment call 808 922 4422 and ask for the Marriage License office, or just walk in. Be sure to bring the paperwork they will give you to your ceremony. There is no blood test or waiting period.
